One of a kind. Steel printing plate used for paper advertising in the 70s.

This plate was intended to promote Bulova's famous Accutron series.

Bulova's introduction of the Accutron movement in 1960 intrigued and impressed brands and consumers with this new technology, a decade before the quartz revolution changed the watchmaking game forever.

The first fully electronic watch was born, with the most precise timing mechanism ever created, ruling the watchmaking world for over a decade. Its technology would later become an integral part of the American space program, as a symbol of precision.

This piece is stamped by Publicis, the French advertising agency founded in 1926 by Marcel Bleustein, and today one of the world's largest communications groups.
