ECY Gallery sells mainly used products, which include rare pieces, sometimes available in only one copy. The products are sold as is, or restored, according to the indications provided for each product within its description. In case of purchase of second-hand products on the ECY Gallery site, the customer recognizes and accepts by the present that these products can comprise traces of wear and use, scratches of use or restorations.
The purchase of an old and used product implies, on the part of the customer, the acceptance and the full knowledge of the wear of the product, its age and its fragility, which also make its value and its singularity.
PRICE

The applicable price is the one specified on the site at the time the customer validates his or her order, which is considered valid except for gross errors. Any subsequent price change is not opposable to the customer. The price does not include any delivery charges. The total price will be displayed at the time of the summary of the order.
PAYMENT

The price is considered payable at the time of the validation of the order and is paid by the customer in euros. For this we offer two methods of online payment: either direct payment with a credit/debit card or payment via your Paypal account. In both cases, these payments are processed securely through the Paypal payment center. ECY Gallery does not store any payment details of online transactions. ECY Gallery reserves the right to ask the customer to justify his identity, the place of his residence and the means of payment used within the framework of the fight against fraud. In the absence of reception of the requested justifications, ECY Gallery reserves the right to cancel any order.
SHIPPING

All items are sent by mail/post via Chronopost, Dhl or local post offices with tracking and insurance during transit. Tracking details will be sent to you when your package is shipped. Please note that large or heavy orders may incur additional charges. Please also keep in mind that for shipments outside of the European Union, ECY Gallery is required to declare the retail value of the order which may be subject to fees and taxes upon arrival in the destination country. Any taxes and fees are the responsibility of the customer.
RETURNS

We sincerely hope that you will be satisfied with your purchases from ECY Gallery, however, you may return any item within 14 days as long as the goods remain in unused condition. All returned items must be carefully packaged and fully insured during transit. For example, as part of the procedure, watches will be opened and checked for movement upon return. Please note that, unfortunately, we are unable to reimburse return/insurance costs and therefore recommend that you retain proof of shipping. Please send an email to contact@ecygallery.com.
GUARANTEE

We offer a 30-day warranty to cover the mechanical performance of our watches. Unless otherwise stated, our watches and other timepieces are sold "as is", without documentation and/or maintenance history, which implies that the customer accepts and is fully aware of these conditions. The vast majority of these items are antique mechanical timepieces, on average over fifty years old, and subject to significant variations in position, movement, temperature and humidity throughout their life, which may inevitably influence their operation. We therefore cannot guarantee or predict their long-term accuracy or reliability. Our warranty does not cover damage resulting from abuse or water ingress. Unless otherwise stated, with the exception of the crystal and/or crown and bracelet, all parts are original. Furthermore, photographs of a product do not constitute a contractual document and cannot guarantee a perfect similarity with the product ordered, particularly with regard to colors. ECY Gallery cannot therefore be held responsible for any minor visual differences that do not affect the essential characteristics of the product, or variations in color between the photographs and the product delivered.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All the elements published within the Site, such as sounds, images, photographs, videos, writings, animations, programs, graphic charter, utilities, databases, software, are protected by the provisions of the Intellectual Property Code and belong to the Seller. The Buyer is prohibited from infringing the intellectual property rights relating to these elements and in particular from reproducing, representing, modifying, adapting, translating, extracting and/or reusing a qualitatively or quantitatively substantial part of them, with the exception of the acts necessary for their normal operation and good use.
